BOAT LIST
SOME SCHOLARS THINK THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS WERE ON THE BOAT WITH LAZARUS TO MARSEILLE:
Mary Magdalene - Sister of Lazarus and Martha, who stayed close to Lazarus location in France.
Martha (Lazarus & Marys' sister) with Marcella handmaid - Later went to Aix and known as St. Restitutes
Joseph of Arimathea
Mary Cleopas
Clemon (Clement of Rome, who is mentioned in historical records)
Mary Salome and Sarah handmaiden
Eutropius - Who later went to Orange
Sidonius - Restitutes “Man born blind”
Martian - Later went to Limogenes
Saturinus - Who later went to Toulouse
Trophimus - Martha’s father? Who went to Arles
Maximinus - A rich young ruler who went to Maximinus
THAT'S A TOTAL OF 15 PEOPLE ON THE BOAT FROM BETHANY AROUND 48AD. THAT COULD HAVE BEEN A COSTLY CRUISE LINE TRIP, BUT IT WASN'T. 15 PEOPLE HAD TO SURVIVE FOR HOW MANY DAYS WITHOUT FOOD? PERHAPS SOME OF THEM WENT DIVING AND FOUND FISH IN THE WATER TO EAT. THESE PEOPLE DEFINITELY HAD GOOD TANS BY THE END OF THEIR TRIP. THEY WERE ALL UNDER THE BRIGHT SUN, WITHOUT ANY SUN SCREEN.
