DO YOU HAVE GOALS? HOW MANY WERE ACCOMPLISHED LAST YEAR? HAVE YOU REACHED ANY IN THIS NEW YEAR? DO YOU MOVE QUICKLY OR SLOWLY IN GETTING YOUR GOALS ACCOMPLISHED? MONITOR YOURSELF.  THE FASTER YOU MOVE, THE MORE TIME YOU'LL HAVE LEFT OVER IN THE DAY-WEEK-YEAR TO ACHIEVE ANOTHER GOAL.
